is there anyone to tell me about the hatamoto by coldsteel, is it a custom knife? is it a good folder? is its blade (san mai) ok? who knows details for this folder?

Custom knives. Good question. Let's just say that Custom knives are usually made by a person(s) with a name(s) who has a reputation or is building a reputation as a knife maker. I am not going to go much further than that .

In this case the Cold Steel is a factory knife.
