Hi all, I have an unusal hatchet that I am interested in learning more about. My guess is that it is an intrument for cutting something soft, like to slaughter an animal. I alway thought it might be native american and used for something like slaughtering whales (cutting blubber). Thanks for your help. Dan in CT.

To post a photo you'll need to have that photo at an online hosting site, such as photobucket (the one I use). It's real easy to setup an account. When you have that account setup, click on your photo until it's open in it's own window. Highlight and copy that url. Some hosting sites will give you the url as text under or next to your photo when viewing them online.

When posting a photo on here you will see the little icon of a mountain with a yellow sky. Click on that and it will open up a scripted popup. Just paste the url from your photo in that box and click "Okay". Voila, you'll have a photo on your posting.
