I'm looking for some blanks that I can put a handle and sheath on. Could anyone point me in a direction? thanks

So a hatchet head ... ?
When I hear/read blank I envision a profiled piece that needs grinding to shape.

If you want a head they are all over eBay and Etsy, new or vintage and crappy ones.
If you want a blank to shape yourself I have nothing to offer.

So you mean a kit you assemble yourself? Just get a vintage head off of the 'bay and buy or make a handle to suit.
