Hatchet id

I have an old hatchet with the crown and ch as the makers Mark. It also has what looks like a hatchet symbol under the crown.
Is this a Carl Helsper hatchet and if so age?

I believe that would be known as a Helko Werks hatchet with a Carl Helsper stamp, but I have no idea of the age.
