Hatchet Identification

Anyone know what this hatchet is? I feel like I've seen it before online but can't make out what it was. On the sticker I remember there being like various things going around in kind of a circle. I remember it being a very detailed sticker. looks like the sticker says "made in" but the rest of it is faded.
I don't think the handle is original, it has a bunch of hard brittle glue all throughout the eye of the hatchet. It does look like a an old handle and it looks like it has some old white paint on it.
Really appreciate anyone in helping me identify this hatchet. Link for pictures below.

Matowoc hatchet. Probably on rehanged original handle. I believe it was cast by Marion Tool
 
Don't hit anything metal with it. I had one of those and lent it to my brother, who whacked a splitting wedge with it and it cracked in half.
