Hatchet with fangs

I have seen twice now a Hudson Bay style hatchet that kinda looks like a Norlund that has "fangs" or "teeth" coming up the bit from the edge that is stamped USA, does anybody know who makes it?

I can't find any to put on here. It sort of looks like flames but the more I studied it I think it's teeth and fangs

Those are Council tool axes, I think they called them El Lobo.

Took a trip on the Wayback Machine, to 2005 when Council Tool made these axes (now discontinued):
