I agree.You are missing the point.
For a unique 80 year anniversary knife, they had the opportunity to make this one special/more refined. And they didn't. That edge is an abomination.
I agree, on some of my M4 and k390 knives I run them around 300 grit but that's about as low as I tend to go.You are missing the point.

Nice knife.
Looks like they did the final edge finish with 60 grit, however. That would leave me a little disappointed. Nothing I couldn't fix on my own, but a higher polished edge would have been nice. That edge looks like a topographic map with all the canyons in it.
