That looks like a comfortable handle. Nice size too. I'd bet it feels good in use. They always do if your hand isn't too large for it. Kwackster, yours is almost too large. That's why the lanyard eh?
In fact I tried finding one of the bowies they put out in YHB ( a tungsten alloy steel similar to blue #2 I think ?). By the time I saw them listed online they were already sold out. Finding the knives in stock when I had the money was always my only complaint with Hattori knives.
