Kinda' new around these parts, but just wondering if you guys are aware of the Havalon knives...

I'm a NUT about having a sharp blade at ALL times...

With these little jewels, when the blade gets dull, you pop it out and pop in a new one. I might mention that these are NOT utility knife blades. They are the same surgical stainless steel blades that surgeons use, albeit chocked into another type of handle. They come twelve to a box, in an individually wrapped, STERILIZED pack.

I bought the knife (which comes with 12 blades) and an extra pack of 12 for around 40 bucks... Not the best handle in the world (frame lock), but not the worst either. One hand open and close

This has been my "carry knife" for the last six months.

ANYWAY, thought you might want to know about something different that's an improvement on a lot of offerings these days... Pretty nifty gizmo.

Hi

Wow, that's cool. I've used "Tigersharp" knives a bit, and superknife style utility knives also, but this is very intriguing.

This is the auto knife forum. Are those auto's? Anyway, they look pretty cheaply made to me. I am guessing China or Taiwan.
