Just found these from another site, and thought that you'd like to have a little or large giggle at the comments. Someone enquired about INFI steel:

"No need to look at INFI. Cold Steel and Dork Ops both REJECTED this steel as being below their quality standards!"

I think I remember seeing the thread to which you refer. If I remember correctly, these were said in a bit of tongue-in-cheek by people who were actually fans of Busse and INFI.

I think the fact that COLD STEEL turning it down made me laugh as Busse owns any COLD STEEL blade anyday
