In the event that I don't get to post between now and Sunday, all of you who believe as I do, please have a very holy and happy Easter. It is my favorite of all of the Christian holy days and the core of my belief.

You Goat-lover, you. There used to be a Greek family in the neighborhood and they would grill a Paschal Lamb for their Easter. It woulod make the whole neighborhood smelol wonderful! Grilled goat, well, kid, tastes good, too.
