Thanks John, I just got a 5$ 309 knife and a sheath for 2$ for a 422 Bucklite... But I'm still thinking about a 102 or 119 with Stag handles, and a 532 M/S... I got the 309 out of a box of stuff when I was looking and walking around... ITE

309/ - Black - 93...

Which swap meet? SD is a big place and there are several from which to choose.
IIRC there's one by the sports arena, one by the 54 in National City, one by Lemon Grove, and at least one by El Cajon.

Knarfeng, there are two of them that I like the best... But that's my little secret...
Just kidding! ! ! I'll tell only you! ! ! The Kobey's Swap at the sports arena and the Santee swap meet by El Cajon, But it's in Santee... Just don't go buy all my Buck knives save one or two for me... ITE ...

P.S.
I hear the Spring Valley swap meet is a really good one too... Lots of good Buck knives and other good old stuff come's from that one... I Just can't be everywhere... But any swap meet could be good... It just depends on the day and who selling... Good Luck and you owe me one... J/K... :D ...

Not to worry. My funds are limited. But it's always fun to look.

I need a swap meet:thumbup:-I dont think there are any around here at all:(

You need more than just any old swap meet. You need one near where Buck Knives was located for 40 or 50 years.

I live in Fontana, CA about a 175 + miles away from San Diego and I find some nice Buck knives and other knives out there in Fontana... I know one guy out in Fontana that got 5 Yellowhorse knives one day... He just got to them first... Me about 10 other guys always seem to find more 110s than any other Buck knives... But Like you said it's always fun to look... I do alot of that... ...

The only big swap meet/flea markets are about 35-50 miles from me, one in Sacramento and the other in San Jose. I have spent hours walking those and may only see 1 or 2 buck knives in the miles & miles of junk, or I mean stuff. I have never seen a tablefull like you find Armand! But, I may only visit those places once every few years. So Cal is the Buck meat market of the world;)

I've never been to one of these swap meets. What are the general prices like? Are they lower than trading online? It looks from these photos with so many Bucks for sale like it would be a buyers market. Is this true?

I like that John, Buck meat market... The table full of knives belongs to Ed... Ed and another guy sell out there all the time... There could be 6 guys selling Buck knives... You just never know... Eds sells his knives at a fair price. Better then the bay... He's not giving them away, but he will deal with you... But if you want a Great knife, he's the man... You just never know what your going to find out there walking around... Sometimes I don't find anything, so I just stop and hang out with Ed and talk about knives... ITE
