My Buck 119 lives in my EDC bag due to the fact that it's stainless and it's legal carry length if I need to slip it on my belt. Today I was doing a gear check checking on the flashlights and batteries and all the 101 things in the bag when I pulled out the 119 something made a noise so I started to go over it and noticed the guard is loose. It's not enough to be bad but you can hear it and also feel it moveing side to side. The handles not cracked and I can't think of anything that could cause this. I was wondering if I should send it in to get checked or if it's just one of those things that happen over time and ignore it.

I've not heard of that happening before. Would suspect that a trip back to Buck is in order.

I'd use super glue on it. Putting a drop on each side. That is rare but I've seen it. DM

I left out a word. Epoxy is more water resistant than cyanoacrylate (super glue).
