Have I been looking at the Becker BK2 all wrong?

At current prices, the BK2 is around $50-60 less than the Esee 5. If you add handles and kydex sheath to the BK2, it becomes more expensive than the Esee 5 by about $50.

If you keep the BK2 stock until you tire of the handles and the sheath, the BK2 looks to be quite a bargain for a tank of a knife. Am I wrong?

The BK2 is a great knife. It's an absolute boat anchor though. Also, the upgrade to micarta handle scales vastly improves the look and feel in my opinion.
