Today was a miserable, wet, windy day here so I decided it was a good day to pull out some of the knives and give them a little T.L.C.. Just so happened that I started with the Yeller Case knives, and that got me to thinking.. Not being a Case expert by any stretch of the imagination, I have been searching for information on something I don't think was ever made...

A Case yellow handled sheath knife.. With the lasting popularity of yellow scaled Case folders, I can't believe that they didn't make a sheath knife with the same handle material.. Something similar to the older Westerns...
Did Case make such a knife and I just haven't seen one, or been able to locate any info on it ?????? Or is it just wishful thinking ?

i remember that camillus made a yellow handled fixed blade finn but right offhand i don't remember a case offering. I'm sure smarter people will be along anytime to help. I agree with you though that it seems like they would have offered one over the years.

Pretty sure Moore Maker has some

Yea, I had a yellow moore maker drop point. It was a really good knife. I think the handle was corian or something. It would take a hell of a beating.

Seems like I remember seeing the Camillus versions.
I did find one of the Moore Maker yellow handles used, not a bad lookin knife.

I am really surprised that it seems Case didn't make a version like this. Even on their newer Slab-Sided knifes they have used various materials, even orange G-10, but not the Yellow.
I did find a Bark River knife that has the yellow scales. Not a Case, but might make a nice addition the the stable of yellow slippies..
