I have 2-3 bars of 1080 that is a little over 1/4 thick and about 1 1/2" wide. I do not forge and my sander is not quite "enough" to flatplane suche a thick piece. If anyone has some simple carbon steel or some 0-1 that can be oil quenched and oven tempered that is about 3/16 of an inch thick e mail me. I cannot guarantee immediate shipment depending on how expensive shipping costs will be(funds tight now) If funds were not so tight I would probably just order a few bars from Jantz. Vaquero
