Recently I got a Boker Subcom F. Great little knife! Now I'd like to get a slightly more serious knife, for general EDC in and out the house, and maybe some one-day trekking.

My choices are limited to one vendor, and I have reduced my options to:

- Boker The Hyper Black Combo Edged (I like the Subcom, and this looks like an older brother by the same great designer)

- Boker M-Type Plain or Combo Edged (as above)

- Spyderco/Byrd Cara Cara G-10 Plain Edged (maybe too big/heavy for my intended use?)

- Spyderco Delica 4 FRN Plain Edged (slightly over my budget)

What do you guys think? I'm open to other suggestions...

Thanks,

Arno

ARNO---You have all nice choices to choose from. For me, it would be a Spyderco Delica or even the Endura. I recently rediscovered Spyderco and there's no looking back. Tell us what you get.

The Delica is worth it`s weight in gold as a EDC or maybe another Spyderco the Calypso Jnr (if your local shop can get one)
I prefer the fully flat ground blade of the Calypso Jnr myself.
(The extra money will be worth it believe me)
