Have the Rattlehawk dimensions changed?

Got my replacement 'hawk from The Swamp and as my old two fit snug in the kydex, the new one rattles around a bit. I know it's a little more fitting for the RATTLEhawk to rattle, but have the dimensions changed?

NM, I think the kydex has just been well used :o
