I don't post much, but read all the great posts from all you great BF people.I've always loved CRK Sebenzas.... Large, small, inlays, Uniques, old, new, really all of them. I've had quite a few. Some users and some safe queens.I've drooled over all the cool pictures you members post. Ive never had a Sebenza that I thought was worthy of a post. Most of the ones I had/have are pretty run of the mill standard models. Until now, I found this by accident at Knives Emporium and couldnt belive it was available.I contacted George and had it coming to me before I could take a breath. He really made my day, month, year. The colors range from a deep purple to a copper/ rust color. In my eyes ,it has a very western theme to it.It was born in 2010 and is NIB and perfect. Its so me. Im not very savey with a camera, but here it goes. Thanks for letting me share my new baby -AL

That's an awesome sebenza! Definitely a very unique "unique", I can't say I have ever seen another one like it.

No offense to Lisa, she does amazing work, but a lot of the uniques are very similar. I adore the ones that are truly unique. This is such a one. Enjoy it!

Congrats on that one. I was wondering how long it would last. Johnnie emailed me that he had this one available. It was originally placed in his new auction section. No one bid on it, so he bought it from the person who put it up for auction and listed it for sale on his main site. While it wasn't "for me" ... it was definitely a stunning, unique piece. Was sure it would go fairly quickly. Saw it was gone a couple days ago and was wondering if someone here got it. Again, Congrats!!

That's a bit of a mad one, it looks a like a Gaboon Viper or some sort of other cool snake skin.

First time I noticed that pattern, it was blue and I remember thinking, How Cool is That. Next time I saw one it was on the bay, again it was blue but this time with damascus. I like the colors in yours better, now if you mate it to a damascus blade, I think it would be awesomeness X 10:)

Thanks for looking everyone. And thanks for the history lesson Dennis. I was wondering how things may have come about.

This is a really different kind of pattern. Thank you for sharing, your pictures are different and better than the ones on KE. It is your challenge to raise the bar, I love when knives present the photography challenge. I certainly have had a few of them.

The Sebenza is gorgeous!

That would be SICK with lizard skin damascus!I agree with Haze as it reminds me of a viper.Very nice indeed!

I love that one!

I also saw the blue/damascus one on the bay, and hate that I missed it. If anyone here has it, PM me!
