Since attending Blade Show Atlanta for the past several years I've always tried to see if I could find myself in one of those crowd shots you see in the magazines. You know, those pictures of all those people walking up and down the aisles.

Well, got my November Blade magazine today and there on page 77 in the article about the ABS World Cutting Competition is my bald-headed self sittin' on the ground takin' it all in :cool: (well most of me . . . the right hand border cuts off my left shoulder and leg)!

There's got to be a bunch of ya'll that's happened to. What about it? Give it up! Tell us what magazine, issue, and page.

Hey that's pretty cool. You'll have to cut it out and save it. I myself have never been in a photo, but I did have a letter (e-mail) published in TK magazine earlier this year. Hey, I have to take what I can get.
 
My picture was in the september 98 issue of Blade in the "Knife I carry section"

I was in the "win a blade" with my Granddaughter for Blade 2000. She won a knife by Murry St.Amour and I had to accept it for her. I don't have the issue handy for the date.
 
That is cool, I saw that when it came yesterday and thought, oh man, we were there! maybe we are in there, so I looked real quickly and NO! Oh well maybe next year! Very cool for you! Paul
 
More times than a sane knife nut would want to count.
They got me again this year in the same article, but cropped out the goats. :D.
 
The bad thing about taking the shots is that you're never in them. I get to see a lot of my photo's in the magazines but I don't think I have ever seen myself in one.

Sure I was in the knife I carry in the past and my photo and an interview were in an artical on knives for firefighters in BLADE Feb.'o3

I have been fortnate my picture has been in many times in knife magazines. Mostly in the Blade magazine. Paul Basch
