I bet most of us have had sellers regret at one time or another. :mad: Yeah, I know. "NO REGRETS" and all that but... Comes with the territory. All these blades are awesome. :thumbup:

But have you ever sold/traded off a blade only to get the "same exact" blade back later?
 
I sold an ABLE, and I think about it every day. The money gets absorbed so quickly into the bank account that you don't even notice it, but you sure do miss not having the ABLE.

Uhhhhm, not yet. But I have this feeling that a Mud Razor will be finding its way back home soon................... I hope. :(
 
My SHBM went through 3 hands before it came back home. Thanks to the Hogs on this board I got back my only real knife that I regreted selling.

Sure did....it was a sad time in the Anderson Household while it was gone, but I know it is true love now. I let it go free and it came back to me.....had a few more scuffs, but sure enough it was her!
 
Yep.... I bought a black / DC GW from the company store when they were first offered, sold it two weeks later when I found a satin / Snakeskin one, and now just bought another black/dc in the exchange forum... Some lessons get learned the hard way!
 
I made a trade with the Dark Lemur once. He offered a rare military overrun in INFI and a Walter Brend D.O.A. #005 for the original MOAB. I don't know what got into me, but I accepted his offer. :eek: :eek:

Fast forward 26+ months and DN is looking to sell. Of course I'll take it!!!
It's now back with me and maybe one of you Hogs will get it next..........when you pry it from my cold, dead hooves! :D
 
I let a BA-E w/ a polished spine slip from me. But one day just maybe we will be reunited. But for now I have my beloved NO-E to keep me company. (Could it be Skunk's long, lost love?).

My regrets are from not pulling the trigger, as I really haven't let much go at this point. I really do wish I had pulled the trigger on a coulpe of the SHBM's and a HOGFSH I let get past me! :(
 
An INFI-Coot and a Battle Rat, both have been replaced. I sold one Mr. Mofo LE but kept one also (lower SN).
 
I sold my holy grail knife about 3 years ago and by sheer luck just recently got it back for only $500 more than I sold it for...it's not a Busse, but a damn nice piece of history that I'm glad to have back!
 
I traded my Black/Snakeskin SJTac with the most AWESOME Armoralleather sheath in exchange for my HH. I wouldn't give my HH up for anything, but I miss my SJTac and pants something fierce.
 
My biggest loss happened to be a well used old version of the Satin Jack with one of Dwane's great sheaths.... sure do miss her! the older SJ's just fit my hand really well... I will keep hunting until I find another user someone will part with!
 
I only been on a recieving end of one bad trade, I only have myself to blame for it. But when I like a knife enough I always try and get two :D
