Havent seen...

It's listed as 'rare handled', I don't suppose that means it's not been cooked.

Unless that's nothing more than a reference to the 'E' handle, I'd have to say that there is a story there somewhere, and I bet some one here knows enough of it to entertain us.

It indeed looks like it's sanded. A friend of my is gettin a SH-e next week and those handles are also sanded and look similar.

Looks sanded but why would someone sand and unused knife and then sell it??? Seems odd, maybe someone here will know about it.

Same happened with my NO-E the pre.owner sanded the handles because he did not like the feeling of the original texture.

Is that the one whi was sold in the German Forum.
Thought about it too but I don't like sanded of handles.
Was hard enough to get original scales for my sanded NO-E.

I still think that a BA-E in 0.187" or even 0.150" thickness would be the perfect hunting knife. Alas, I don't think that such a thing exists.:(

Is that an assless badger attack?

I remember Jody had one at Fogo's

All Badger E's are buttless. In fact they are the only factory buttless Badgers out there. Now that smooth handle I havent seen before!
