Having a Knife Made?

Hey,

I have recently been doing some drawings and designing a Karambit style knife that I would like to have made so that I can ship it to a family member who is currently serving in the USAF.

Was just wondering who would be the best option in regaurds to commisioning the knife to be made. Any suggestions or information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time
