I use my ipad mini for bladeforums, the safari browser. I randomly have these 2 boxes up top one is a grey box that says open in app and the other box is blue and says install. They wont go away and are blocking the top part of my screen. The blue whats new? Bar is being blocked by these and this only happens with bladeforums. When i click on one of the boxes it directs me to tapatalk app in the app store. Is anyone else having this problem?

That is a prompt for tapatalk, which is enabled for use on these forums. You can check the box that says "don't show this message again" and that should be the end of it. You also want to make sure that you have all the updates for the iPad installed. A new one came out not more than a couple days ago.
