How To Having Issues with Feedback: Moderator Please Help

I was the buyer under the following thread: https://bladeforums.com/threads/bradford-guardian-3.1646669/#post-18935092

Each time I attempt to leave feedback for the seller a message pops up saying "Invalid thread specified. You can leave feedback only for the starter of the thread or if you have started the thread." I am a little frustrated as I have left feedback for other sellers in the past without running into this issue. This was a seamless transaction and I would like to leave the positive feedback that the seller deserves. Any assistance would be appreciated.
