Having problems with paid subscription.

I am having problems with upgrading. This morning I purchased a Gold membership and the Authorize dot net screen came back with a message that it couldn't finish the transaction after I hit "Submit", but when I checked the credit card transactions there was a $25.00 charge to my account this morning from "One Stop Knife Shop".

I went to the user CP and when I tried to change my usergroup the only one available was a Bounced Email one. That concerned me so I changed my email to another valid one and followed the link from the BF email sent to verify the address and still nothing.

When it couldn't finish the transaction, it didn't go through. You'll see a hold on your account for the funds, that was placed there by your bank, but we won't be collecting them. Your bank will release the hold in a couple days.

Try again and see if it goes through.
