Having trouble posting a new thread in the review area...

I have a Review of the GSO-4.1 typed up but have been unable to successfully post the thread in the Reviews & Testing area, "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading."
I have tried this on different systems, different modems, all with good connections, I have tried both Firefox and IE but no luck.

Help, please.
