Having trouble responding to posts

I've cleared cookies, logged out, logged back in, tried internet explorer, tried chrome and still the same thing. When I try to post a reply in a thread I get a time out error. Apparently though I'm ok to start a new thread if this one actually posts. I should add that I mostly post in the knife makers forum. What gives??

Update: I've found that I can cobble together a response by posting a few sentences at a time and then going to edit. There is however still a limit as to how much I can post in a response, and these responses are not very long at all. I will still reach a point after about 3 short paragraphs where I'll get a time out error if I try to add any more. Very strange problem.

Try typing your post out in a text editor or work then copy and paste.
