Having trouble using the email a member function.

I think I am having trouble using the email a member function when wanting to ask a question or purchase a knife in the knife exchange forums. I have also tried to email a forum moderator and have not had any response to any of the emails sent. I recently came back after a long hiatus and just would like to make sure my profile is not corrupted.

I clicked on the name and used the email option. I am pretty sure I can email a direct email from my yahoo account. But none of the emails I send using the click name and email option or working. I am having to ask forum members in a post to email me directly or ask them for their email address in a post :( I am going to try to email you know using the click name method, and I will send you a direct one with a different title as well

I am the seller he was trying to contact. I received nothing from him and checked my spam/junk etc in GMail. I have also received a few emails from other members, one this morning.

BTW, I just emailed Krewl from the email he posted in my seller thread.

Hope it gets worked out.
 
Thanks for replying to this thread Screwdriver and for emailing me directly, I think this is still an issue :(.
Esav if you received two emails than it might be fixed, but if you only received one then it is indeed still not working since I sent you an email directly and also using the click name method from the forum.

Thanks Guys! It seems to be working, I did receive one from you rycen through the system so hopefully I am good to go :)
 
I'm having the same problem, receiving emails. A couple of members tried, and I tried myself, to email me through the "send email" function. Nothing. My email is a hotmail account, if that matters.
