Hawaii Knife laws

I have a question about hawaii knife laws.

According to Hawaii case law a diving knife is neither a dangerous weapon or a dagger.

Does this apply to folding diving knives?

Can a folding diving knife be carried concealed?

Any comments would be appreciated.

I don't think I've ever seen a 'folding' dive knife. They really make those now?

Spyderco Salt models are made of the highest rust resistant steels. These are, by the way, folders. Probably the best in folding knives suitable for diving.
