Here is one I finish up this weekend for a good customer. Forged from a ball peen hammer. Brass hunter's moon in the blade. Pour in place pewter fittings. Curly maple for the handle and german silver wire inlay.

Nice hawk indeed. I forged one from a ball pein once, and it's not the easiest thing to do!!
