Ok at work I clear a lot of brush and have been using machetes, but I have seen some hawks on the CS Hawk Mod thread and decided to try one out. It is very similar to others, but I really like the color, and the metal work was something I enjoyed. It's not nearly as nice as vec's hawks or anyone else but I take pride that I touched it up. I basically stripped the head, painted od, sharpened main edge to close to razor sharp and the beard to a razor sharp. Polished the top and face of hammer. I have a kydex sheath bought on eBay for $15 shipped (wrong color shipped but rattle canned it) I wish I could get a different handle material but I really dig the hawk head considering I did it by hand. I have a Frontier Hawk on order and will try to do a classic style like Butches Forge. The sheaths he makes are awesome. I hope to do a similar sheath and dark stain handle with some burn stippling.
