Hawk for Mod Project

I'm looking for a good usable hawk to do moods on. Im looking for something different than Cold Steel and something usable. I was looking at some at Black Bear Haversack because the one that I just got from another popular site online I was a little dissapointed in. They have to be reasonably priced. Any suggestions?
 
I do plan on getting a Fort Turner but that's not really one that I would think about doing a lot of mods to. Crazy Crow is where I just got one from. It may not be a reflection of all their models but I wasn't pleased.
 
H&B is a good one. I might could add brass tacks and stuff but I'm kind of looking for one that I can color the handle like I want and experiment with etching and edge profile. I dont' know that I would risk it with FT or H&B. At least not until I'm a little better at it. I might have to stick with Cold Steel but I don't like the set screw hole and don't want to mess with filling it and their eye shape seems harder to get and keep tightened.
