Hawk Identification

Hey guys I posted about this once before, but I figure a few pairs of fresh eyes may see it and help identify a hawk. I have tried just about every channel possible to figure out who makes this hawk, but I cannot seem to figure it out. If anyone can help identify it and/or give some info on it, I would greatly appreciate it. I remember watching a video on it and the hawk had several blades, and I found the concept very intriguing (hence why I am so interested in it). Thanks in advance guys!!!
