"HB" Swedish hand axe?

He's another mystery. Local consignment shop had a hand axe for three entire dollars. Head had paper label on one one side: "JSB Best Quality Swedish Steel." Other side of the head has stamping: "HB" with a vertical arrow, head up, between the "H" and the "B" and a small circle at the base of the arrow -- all surrounded by another apx. 5/8" circle. Below the circle: "Made in Sweden." Light colored wood handle with clipped fawn's foot. Pole area painted "Swedish" blue. Very nice profile and cuts like the devil. Any idea what I've found????
