Head Service Guru at Kershaw?

Does someone know the name and e-mail address of the top guy in the service department at Kershaw? I had sent my 1570 in for several anomolies of which, only one was addressed. In addition to that, they had my knife for 2 1/2 weeks. I think I need to talk to the top dog there.
