I've been wondering where you've been. Things have gotten kinda quiet on here without you.

Good luck at the show, Tom. I'm sure you'll do well, but you'll just never convince me that two days of talking knives with people who make them and others who love them is all work. Enjoy recharging your batteries...

It must really be satisfying to have so many folks slobberin over your craftsmanship!!! Take care and watch your top knot! Michael

"watch your top knot"
I don't know what it means either, but I like the way it sounds.

Always think of your fellow knife makers as partners in the search for the perfect blade, not as people trying to compete with you and your work!

Tom,
Too bad I can't fly home to go to the show

Hey Tom, What's a day off?

L6, the phrase "watch your top knot" is an old saying for you to try to avoid being scalped.

Jones Knives

Do you hear that?
That is the sound of inevitability.

Ahhhhh! Always wondered what it meant. Picked it up from what IMHO is one of the best movies ever made. Jeremiah Johnson.Which sported knives made by the late great John Nelson Cooper. Thanks Barry!

Yep. That was a great movie, one of my all time favorites. I wonder what kind of knife old "Liver Eater" used???

Welcome back Tom; I hope it went well for you. About the signature, I think someone in power got unhappy with me. It certainly didn't change itself. I think I fixed it...
