Heading for a Paradigm Shift

The Spyderco hump and the Spyderco Hole have so long been associated with the company that it is almost impossible to imagine a Spyderco as anything else.

So I was wondering if Spyderco will ever make a radical move and come up with another equally explosive new design. That would be something, wouldn't it?

Can you imagine, coming up with another market-shaking, global-altering design? Something that others will try their best to copy.

Time to put on the thinking cap and think out of the universe, not only out of the box!

Interesting. I would love to see Spyderco come out with a non-spydie looking design. I love the Spydie look, but a fresh look would certainly drag in new custumers. If Spyderco could make some new design, that opens one hand manually, without using the hole, it would really drag in a new group of Spyderco fans and be a breakthrough for the industry as a whole.
