  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Marcelo and I are taking the families camping for a couple of nights.

We'll be heading out to Rhode Island. Temps will be a lil chilly(low 50'sF dipping to about 33F at night), but I think we'll still have a blast:thumbup:

I promise to bring back lots of picks.

Talk to yall on Friday

I scored us a loan of an inflatable kayak for that lake BTW.

J. and T. If your wives saw these posts it would be disaterous,...ahem (hush money)

It should be a fun time. Just tonight I called Tony and said "Let's have a really good time.."

Nah Marcelo, she expects this behavior from me. Id get smacked in the head, and she would move on....:D

I LOVE my inflatable kayak. It doesn't track too well but it is very compact and quick to set up. I have a blast with it.

I'm as jealous as can be. I will be spending most of the next couple of days flying to the west coast for a 2 hour business meeting.:barf:

Have a great time guys and kick back a couple of cold ones for me.

Hey lucky you, be careful with the kids if you decide to walk on any of the beaches.. Last time I went, we had a blast, but it was crazy the number of times we almost stepped on needles. god damn junkies..

You guys are luckin' out; the forecast looks pretty good for the next few days.

Be careful with that kayak, inflatables and knives can be a dangerous combination.

Have a good time my friends.

If travelling through Westerly, RI, a stop at "Ritaccos" on Oak Street will yield a local specialty dry cured sausage known as "soupy". Great survival food, very tasty, and keeps very well even without refrigeration. I stop there whenever I'm passing through the area.

You can get 'Soupy' at lots of places in Westerly, RI as well as great Chorizo sausage. Take it from a guy with lots of Port'gy friends in Stonington CT! Enjoy BSP
