:D hey folks... the family and i, as well as a few other families.. are heading south for a week.... we'll be leaving tommorow afternoon..:D

we're going to be spending 2 days at lake cachuma, just outside of santa barbara ca. and from there we head to the desert(anzo borrego) for a few more days of quad riding and gun shooting.... i'm stoked to get out of town for a few days...

you guys have fun now... i'm going to be missing the forums... i'll probably be going through some major forum withdrawls by the time i get back .. i have a decent selection of knives and gear to play with... i'm also going to be testing out my new crawford neck knife.... this knife is awesome....:D i'll try and get some pics....

HAVE FUN! I went on a Scout campout a couple of weeks ago and had a ball! It's always nice to get away from the damnable city. Be safe and we'll see you when you get back!
 
Anza borrego desert is an awsome place i spend 9 days there last year. Great place to lose your self. Carry more water then you think you would need. You just might need it lol. watch the jumping choia cactus. It would get you when you lest expect. And please stay on trail with the ATV. If you never been there before then you should go and see ghost mountain and the bad lands, great for 4wheeling. Both are off S2.
I go there every year for the last 16 years. Seen it change to the worse with so many people that go there and just dont care as long as they are having fun. sorry for the last comment its just a sore spot with me i love that place

You are going to a couple of my favorite places! This is the perfect time of year too. If you go later in the spring to summer to Cachuma, you will end up in the overflow sites. And the Anza Borrego is some of the most beautiful desert around. I found a really nice little oasis there with palm trees and a stream, spent the whole day in that one spot :D Have fun.

just got in from our vacation last night... it was wild and crazy, but still a lot of fun... i'll try and get some pics up soon.... unfortunately i have to go to work today.....
