Heres one heading to Texas tomorrow....rendition of an earlier knife with longer, less tapered handle and a slightly shorter blade....

4.5" 1095/15N20 Twist, Deeply etched, polished blade

5" Stabilized Box Elder Burl handle, 1/4" mosaic pins (my favorite pattern), thong hole.

Wow! The pattern on the blade really catches the eye, never mind the burl!
