They're having a nice sale on the mini Recon 1's at KnifeCenter. Anyone who is interested in a bombproof lock and doesn't have one of these yet, have at it. First decent sale I've seen from them.

Thanks for the heads up. That's a great price, but too bad it's only for the clip point version. If the tanto version was on sale I'd jump on it right now.

I've seen the clip-point for a really good price some other places lately as well. I'm carrying the spear point version (really a drop-point) right now since it shares the pocket so nice with my flashlight. If you are not going to be ridiculously hard on the tip I would definitely get the clip-point.
