Just wanted to share with all of you we are currently working with Tuff-Writer on a pen to help boost our efforts by adding some additional product.

Here is a sneak peak of the very first pen which has been done up.

The color is as close as we can get to Flat Dark Earth while still being able to offer the most durable finish we can.

These will be made in the USA and use a Fisher cartridge. Pricing has not been set as of yet.

Hi Thomas. I have been wanting to buy one of these pens for some time now. I like the color, to my eyes it looks like a quartz/gray color. I'd say a mix of a very light gold and gray. Are you limited to color options? Or I should ask, how limited are you? Is there any design or emblem lasered on them?

They call the color bronze. We have picked it as its as close as we can get to our Flat Dark Earth color. We will have our logo on them as well. Currently those are out for engraving. We are planning on offering just the one color. Also we may offer just 25 of them initially and see if the support is there for more.

The color is spot on. Please inform us when you have them in stock.

Here are some additional photo's. Currently as we think interest for this will be modest. We plan to pre-sell for 30 days then deliver the finished product 30 days after the pre-sale has ended. We may have a few extra made up depending on interest.

Because our margin is tight and we are trying to raise funds for charity with this. We currently plan to price these at $110. We may make as few as 25 of these depending on demand. We do of course hope to have the demand to support the production of more and maybe we would be able to add a pen as regular item. So basically this will be a way to test the waters.

We have set up a Indiegogo crowd funding effort for the pens. But we have not launched it and at this point I just don't know if we will go ahead and do these or not we are debating it now.

Only comment would be that if the knurling is too "sharp" the pen could be uncomfortable for more than short use.
