This is a continuation thread as a heads up. I ended up doing research on a knife I thought my Brother (the Farmer) might like/use. His POS tiny knife that we had to sharpen every week to week and a half is retired now. Thank you to all who input thoughts/ideas in other thread; I genuinely used your posts in consideration when I chose knives for this purchase.
Both of us will give it about a month of use before a review thread is posted for each of our knives.
I bought 4 total knives last week. One for me, so I don't mess up my nice PM2 S110V Burple knife; one for my Bro so we can stop sharpening his knife every 2 weeks or less; one for my Mom since I busted her cheap auto
, and one for my nephew who is going off to college, and needs a EDC.
I picked up: Spyderco Raven 2 (I got pick of the 4 since I bought all the knives)
Then I showed Everyone what the other 3 knives were, and their blades/options n such. Then I put 3 numbered pieces of paper numbered 1-3, and had them draw out of a hat. They all had to reveal what number pick they had at the same time. My Brother got pick #1- He took the Spyderco Crow
Nephew had #2 but Mom contested that she wanted the blue knife; so he let her have it ....TigerSharp Knives: TigerSharp Small Neon Knife, Blue Handle with Holes, TS-210B

Nephew took the Spyderco ClipiTool with Serrated Blade, normal blade. He said He like it since it's small; and it can do so much with 2 blades on it. And he can keep it in his pocket without some college folk giving him crap about it on campus.

Seems like Everyone was happy with their knives so far
Tell me what you think... Was this a fair deal for everyone?
