Health report for 10/31

Boys, it's not going to my liking. I've had xrays and CTscans and two complete physicals. I have had 4 blood tests and I've lost track of the number of urinalyses theres' been so many, and I have had 4 prostate exams. I've seen 3 doctors, including nephrologist and urogist and 3 or 4 nurse practitioners. I'm scheduled for a cystoscopy today which I detest. And, the bottom line is I still have the ecoli infection and don't know what treatment might be in store for me. It's taken a month to get nowhere and I've decided I've had enough of the local medical community.

So, tomorrow I head back home to the midwest. Family there knows doctors and medical facilities and I'm going to pursue treatment there where we know our way around and where I have a strong support system. How long this might take I don't know but I'll run the gauntlet until I'm killed or cured. Yangdu is going to stay here and try to run the business with minimal help so things will not be operating as usual.

As long as I'm able I'll get to a screen and stay active on the forum and will answer my personal email and extend what help I can to Yangdu from remote locations.

It's not the way I had my life planned but it is the way it is.

My thanks to all for many, many well wishes and prayers.

I'll be hanging around until it's over and it ain't over till it's over.

Uncle Bill, I know this may sound like some hippie cure, but have you tried regular doses of collodial silver, like maybe several times per day?

It actually does work very well on bacterial infections, even ones that have become antibiotic resistant.

There has been a couple of times I've gotten 'stomach flu', ie bacterial food poisoning, and, for me at least, a repeated, regular dose of collodial silver usually knocks it out pretty fast.

Give it a try, at the very least it can't hurt you.

I'm here in Indy if that is close to where you are landing. Have computer and can offer some computer support help if needed for you. Not all doctors have the answer but some have the cure. Don't give up hope, keep searching for the correct one.

Good luck Uncle Bill, we're all pulling for you. Yangdu's done just fine and I'm sure she'll keep it up.
 
Hang in Bill and if they don't meet your qualifications in Kansas there's always the St John Medical Center as well as Cancer Centers of America that are located here in Tulsa that's reported to be among the World's Finest.
And if worst comes to worst there is always the University of Texas where my family is registered as a family with recurrent cancer diagnosis.
