Does anyone have any pictures of the lockup on a Heat? Has anyone had any problems with the lockup? Does a whiteknuckle grip disengage or move the liner lock?

The liner lock is very secure because both scales are even. The liner lock operate by parallel to the scales friction grooves. Nah ! Dont think you could white knuckle it ...

Did not have any problems with the lock on my Heat.
However, there is one thing to be noted: the area of the blade that goes in contact with the liner lock is VERY small. This might lead to accelerated wear on this blade surface.
On the other hand, the folded design of the liner lock makes a real good lockup. And, like I said, I haven't had any problems with the lock yet.
