Heat transfer oil as Quench oil

So I wanna quench 52100 steel
I did not found quench oil in my country so I got this heat transfer oil
According to this website I think it can work https://www.substech.com/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=quenching_and_heat_transfer_oils
What do you guys think let me know

The ISO32 heat transfer oil should work.
