Just curious what people are using to sit their heat treat ovens on? I'm out of room on my wooden work bench so I was thinking about a steel welding table
or maybe a roll around table like the DeWalt Planer table pictured below...I have my belt grinder bolted to one of these DeWalt tables and it works great!

I keep mine on the bottom shelf of a 16”x30” Harbor Freight cart. It makes it easy to move around between use and storage.

Mine is on a metal wire cart. Not sure where it originally came from. My dad has had it as far as I can remember so at least 30 years. He was reorganizing his shop a couple years ago and said he didn't have room for it.

Mine sits atop an old vintage Craftsman brand
48” tall rolling 5 drawer tool cart. The kind a top tool chest sit on. Drawers work great for tongs, quench plates, tool wrap, and gloves and such.

Thanks guys! Those are basically the kind of carts I was thinking of. Now I just need to narrow it down and choose one.

The HF one I have is quite rickety, but works. I had to cut a hole in the bottom shelf sidewall to get the cord through on my Paragon KM-14 Express.

mine was on a "plastic" medical cart have no clue what its made of but have dropped 2000f kiln fixtures on it and while it did melt what it hit didnt catch fire and still had plenty of time to get a tool and pick it back up before any really damage wass done

A neat trick is to find a batch of hard firebricks for free and cover the top of the tray with them. Boiler supply/repair companies and masons often have a pile of used ones they will let you have. This allows setting hot tools and blades down safely.
If you can't find some for free or very cheap, patio blocks will work. fine.
