Recommendation? Heat Treat oven

I have been hear treating in a paint can forge until the steel is no longer magnetic and then quenching, tempering in a toaster oven. I know this isn’t ideal but I’ve only made about 12 knives. Would like to get a heat treat oven.

I only have access to 120v not 220 in my garage shop.

I also don’t want to spend more than about $1500. Am I being unrealistic or is it possible to get something decent around this price?
