I am contemplating buying an oven. I want to get a good quality small oven. I understand the basics but was wondering where I could find some in depth info on treating blades and also any advice on oven types would be greatly appreciated. I will mostly be doing ATS-34, but would like to leave myself open to all steels.

I assume by using the term "oven" you are contemplating an electric power source. Most of the ones I have heard of take a 220 box (can't use the one for the dryer however). You might even consider one fired by propane or MAPP gas.--Dan
 
Paragon makes excellent programable electric furnaces in 120 or 220 volts systems. The km9d I bought cost me under 800 bucks delivered. They have a web site but I dont recal the url at the moment.
